Arduino bluno wont connect to PC
gk359 2015-02-04 14:51:40 9821 Views8 Replies Hi, I am new at using Arduino. I have Bluno which I am assuming has built in bluetooth functions and pairs with a pc. I have tried using 2 different Blunos but they wont pair with my pc, they are indiscoverable when i try to add a device on my pc. Please help. Thanks

woops, actually, it seems that the laptop bluetooth just doesn't support our bluno~ so far, on the market, a lot of bluetooth devices only support their own protocal, better situation is for android& apple, for they are popular, but the windows system, the bluetooth devices provider are quit different in different country, so we are unable to adapt to every one.
it's a pity.but with wifi, that's a lot easier! Leff

Leff 2015-02-10 13:39:03 So I got a new laptop, windows 8, has Intel wireless Bluetooth(R) 4.0 +HS adapter, but still my Bluno or Bluno nano wont connect. They are still not discoverable. What could be the issue, do I need to install some driver for it? gk359

gk359 2015-02-04 22:09:09 Bluno leverages Bluetooth 4.0, so as leff mentioned, you need to check to make sure your PC supports that. I had no problem using my newish Macbook. Good luck... walkabout
