Unknown USB Device (Device Description Request Failed)

Hi All,
I fall in a little problem. Probably it's something really stupid, but...
In Device Manager now appears "Unknown USB Device (Device Description Request Failed)" under Universal Serial Bus Controllers items menu.

And, at the same time, I lost the Arduino Leonardo MCU Serial COM.
