Can't reduce screen resolution under linux

After intstalling kali linux I have automatically set maximum resolution for my screen 1920x1080, but I can't reduce it's to small to work with. I have other options in gui and xrandr but it reverts same time I switched it. I tried to set GRUB_GFXMODE=1280x720 but it work at grub menu only. when using same screen and kali distro with raspberryPi have no this issue. here is my sets and logs when switching resolution:
