Analog ph sensor SEN0161-V2 undefined pH value

I just unboxed the ph sensor SEN0161-V2 and set the code to try it for the first time and calibrate it.
It didn't read any ph value.
I don't understand why because the wiring is exactly as the website and I used the sample code provided by DFROBOT.
