Operating Temperature and Cooling Margin for LattePanda Sigma

I’m considering using the LattePanda Sigma for a project and have a question regarding its operating temperature range and cooling system.

The datasheet mentions that the operating temperature range is 0°C to 45°C.

However, I’ve seen some other brands (e.g., Dell, Asus, Lenovo) applying an additional -10°C margin for devices in this range, meaning power throttling starts at 35°C to ensure longevity.

Given that the Sigma has an active cooling system with an internal fan, I’d like to know:

1. Should I factor in a similar -10°C margin for the Sigma, or is it optimized to function reliably up to 45°C without this adjustment?
2. Has anyone tested the Sigma in environments near the upper limit of this range? If so, did you notice any throttling or performance issues?

I’d appreciate any insights or advice from those with experience. Thank you in advance!
