I connected it to A4 and A5. also, I am using a 20kg load cell. I'm trying to adjust the 1992 number but not having good luck. Do you have a recommended number?
Thanks!

Can I use the 24-Bit Analog-to-Digital Converter for Weight Scales (HX711) with a 5kg load cell? What changes do I have to make in the code to account for this?
JaneYu So I verified and uploaded with the sensor unplugged and then I plugged the sensor after and that sorted the problem. I am still very new to all this and have a lot to learn. Please bear with me. I might have a question about wiring the sensor to arduino but I'm still trying to figure it out first
JaneYu Hi, I am also new to arduino and open source society, you can read the WIKI of each product page, and you can learn a lot from the Arduino official website, and there a lot of website to learn. BTW, what application are you doing about the weight sensor?
I don't know about the average time for uploading, because it depends on the IDE version, your code, the speed of you PC etc. Normally if it takes a long time for uploading, there must be some error in it
Hi, what about your diagram? Did you try to check if it is correct? And please make sure the board and the serial port you choose is also correct. When you open the serial monitor, the baud rate is 9600, right? Maybe some pictures would be better.
JaneYu Dear Wendy, Thanks a lot for your help dear, the connections is correct as you can see in the photo attached , the baud rate is 9600. please let me know what to do to get the weights correct ? https://uploads.disquscdn.c...
I purchased the 20kg load cell with it. I am actually using the 20kg load cell with a different PLC and a mV input card. I set it up this way mostly due to the easy communication to a main PLC I am using in our machine.
