Hi, I am using this 5A relay module with a Raspberry Pi 4 and a dc-dc voltage converter to swich on and off a LED. I observed that after some hours of continuous work, the relay does not work anymore, unless I rotate or tap the system. This thing seems weird... Is there anyone that experienced something similar?

A brief description of the connections:
1) dc-dc converter takes 24V from power supply and gives in output 5V DC/3000 mA
2) Input pins of relay are connected to raspberry pin:
"-" to GND pin raspi
"+" to 5V pin raspi
"D" to a GPIO pin raspi (controlled up and down via software)
3) Output pins of relay are connected in this way:
"COM" to +Vo of dc-dc converter (so 5V dc)
"NO" to a resistor in series with a LED that is connected to GND of dc-dc converter

Do you have any suggestions? Thanks

Hi Ashley,

the maximum switching voltage is: 250VAC/30VDC

Is 240V AC? because the maximum switching voltage is 250VAC / 30VDC. You can use Rpi to control this module.
