Q1: What should I do if abnormal data or communication issues occur when using Arduino, UNIHIKER K10/M10, micro:bit, or other controllers?
A: Update the HUSKYLENS 2 firmware image to the latest version. At the same time, update the corresponding programming software:
- In Mind+, search for “Huskylens Vision” in the User Library and reload it.
- In MakeCode, re-search and load the latest library.
- In Arduino IDE, update to the latest version of the library.
- On Raspberry Pi, download the latest version of the library.

Q2: Why can’t some functions mentioned in the wiki be found on HUSKYLENS 2?
A: Update the HUSKYLENS 2 firmware image to the latest version.

Q3:  Why does the screen suddenly freeze?
A: After enabling a model via the touchscreen, wait until the camera image is fully displayed before performing any operations. Exiting before the camera image is fully displayed may cause the system to crash.
When switching algorithms via code, a 5-second delay is required after each algorithm switch. If you need to frequently switch among multiple models, please use the multi-model mode directly.

Q4: Why does the screen suddenly turn green or display garbled images, and then return to normal after rebooting?
A: This issue may occur when using a power supply with poor grounding. If static electricity discharges onto the metal cover, it can cause this behavior. Please ensure the power supply is properly grounded or avoid touching the metal enclosure.
