Alpha 864s (Core i5-8210Y) 4k/ 60Hz Problem

I'm connecting a 4K monitor via the Type-C port. It's getting power from the monitor. My issue is that it's displaying at 4K/24 Hz. Shouldn't I be getting 60 Hz? Where am I going wro ..  Alpha 864s (Core i5-8210Y)
