Sending downlink data to Agrosense node to change reporting interval

Another newbie question. I want to use the admin console on the DFrobot lorawan gateway to send a downlink to an Agrosense node changing the reporting interval. According to the Agrosense docs, the payload should be in hex. I want to change the interval to 5 minutes (but ultimately to something longer).

This is what my screen looks like. I don't see any obvious error, but it doesn't appear to do anything. I'm resetting the node to get it to connect so it can check for available downloads.
