Wireless Programming (WP)

Hi members,

I have 4 wireless programming (WP) and I name it:

1) A1
2) A2
3) B1
4) B2

so now I have to pair of WP with different group and address. First, I try A1 and A2 it can programmed successfully. Then I try for B1 and B2, then it can't program the Arduino board. After that, I setting the B1 and B2 same as A1 and A2. So I found that:

A1 and A2 - Success
A1 and B1 - Success
A1 and B2 - Failed
B1 and B2 - Failed
B1 and A2 - Success
B2 and A2 - Failed

So, B2 have some problem, can anyone help me?

Hardware I'm using to test are:
1) Uno R3
2) Romeo
