dfrduino Romeao V1.1 not recognized

I just finish assembling a DFRobot 4WD kit.
The Romeo board seems to work, as it gives some signal to motors, pause and start again.
The L led is blinking and the PWR is continuous red.
But the Arduino IDE doesn't see it and it doesn't appear in Info System. (I'm on MacOSX 10.7 )
If I connect my Arduino Uno, no problem...
Is there a way to force a complete reset of the Romeo board ?
Any suggestion ?

2013-10-30 06:06:24 I tried on Macosx, Windows 7 and Ubuntu.
The solution was... to send it back.
There was nothing happening in dmesg.
The reseller is really open minded and suggested me a lot of things to try... but from the first email said it was possible to just return the board.
The board itself has something working as you can see here: Premiers tours de roues de Gary
I sent it back this morning.
In the meantime, I have plenty of test to do with my Arduino Uno+motor shield.
I'm discovering servo usages ;)

Can you send us a picture, and if possible the output of the command 'dmesg' and 'lsusb' on ubuntu after you plugged the board on the computer?

I haven't tried on Macox, but I tried it on win7.
When you connect it to the computer, whether something appears in the hardware management?
Or whether the driver is correct?

2013-10-28 13:52:27 My 4WD is going to run with my Uno and a motor shield.
I think I have to contact my Romeo reseller, I tried with all the computer in the house, from Macosx to Windows 7 and Ubuntu... no luck.
