DFR0311 - Arduino Expansion Shield for Raspberry Pi

All,
I've a few questions regarding the arduino expansion shield:
1) Arduino shield is powered via GPIO pins ?
2) Is the arduino completely functional ? And can work and be programmed independently (the only dependence is the power) ?
3) Is there any link (wired in shield) between the RPI and Arduino I2C, Serial, SPI ?
4) In the DFR0311 wiki, PI I2C label is missing SCL, SDA ?
5) PI Logic Converter, are the PI I2C, Serial, SPI converted to 5 V ?
6) Has the shield any voltage regulator ? or all voltages (5 and 3.3) are from PI ?
7) What is shield power consumption ?
Thanks
