This industrial-grade Water Quality ORP (Oxidation-Reduction Potential) sensor is engineered for precise and reliable water quality analysis. Featuring an integrated probe and housing design, the sensor delivers a streamlined solution for measuring ORP values ranging from -1999 to 1999mV, with a resolution of 1mV and an accuracy of ±5mV.

Designed for seamless integration into various monitoring networks, the sensor is equipped with an RS485 communication interface supporting the standard ModBus-RTU protocol. Comprehensive compatibility tutorials for Arduino development boards and DFRobot LoRaWAN systems are available, enabling rapid setup of testing environments and real-time data acquisition.

To guarantee highly accurate and consistent data across fluctuating environmental conditions, the sensor incorporates a built-in temperature sensor with automatic temperature compensation. Each unit undergoes rigorous factory calibration, ensuring it is ready for immediate deployment without the need for initial calibration. For long-term maintenance, two-point electrode calibration is supported via register settings to optimize measurement accuracy over prolonged use. Boasting an IP68 waterproof rating, the sensor is built for continuous submersion, making it highly effective for demanding applications.
Important Maintenance Note: The probe's protective cap contains a specialized preservation liquid (3.3mol/L KCl). Even when sealed tightly, minor seepage around the cap may occur, resulting in the formation of white crystalline deposits. This is a normal physical phenomenon indicating that the probe is well-preserved. It does not compromise the sensor's lifespan or accuracy. The crystals can simply be dissolved back into the protective liquid within the cap.
