Need a simple way to detect vibration in an Arduino or Raspberry Pi project? This Gravity Digital Vibration Sensor outputs a digital signal when vibration, shaking, knocking, or impact is detected, making it easy to build event-triggered projects with minimal wiring and code.
With a 3.3V to 5V operating voltage and Gravity 3-pin interface, the sensor can be used with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, micro:bit, and other common microcontrollers. It is suitable for vibration alarms, step counting experiments, crash warning lights, anti-tamper detection, object movement monitoring, and interactive input projects.
This module is designed for simple vibration event detection. It can detect whether a vibration event occurs, but it does not measure vibration strength, vibration frequency, acceleration, or continuous vibration waveforms.
