system crashed

I installed Ubuntu 20.04 on Latte Panda V1 and used Grub to boot it, but the system crashed. Originally, I waited for the red and blue lights to turn off, and then long pressed the power button to start up normally. Now the blue light is off and the red light keeps on, and long pressed the power button cannot start up. What should I do to restore the system or force it to start up?
