The ESP32-PICO-KIT-1 is a compact development board featuring the ESP32-PICO-V3 System-in-Package (SiP) module. The module integrates the ESP32 dual-core processor, a 40 MHz crystal, and 4 MB of SPI flash. The board provides complete Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n) and Bluetooth v4.2 BR/EDR/BLE functionality. All I/O pins are broken out to 18-pin headers on each side for easy interfacing with breadboards. It includes an onboard USB-to-UART bridge, allowing for direct programming and debugging from a PC via a USB port.
The ESP32-PICO-KIT-1 development board also integrates a USB-to-UART bridge circuit, allowing developers to burn and debug firmware directly through the USB port of a PC.
In order to facilitate hardware connection, all IO signals and system power pins on ESP32-PICO-V3 are led to pads on both sides of the development board (18 x 0.1"). The above 18 pads are also led to pin headers and can be used Dupont wire connections.
