




This 10 DOF IMU Sensor combines the Bosch BMI323 6-axis inertial measurement unit, the BMM350 3-axis magnetometer, and the BMP581 high-precision barometric pressure sensor to form a 10-axis full-dimensional sensing solution. This 10-axis IMU sensor accurately captures acceleration, angular velocity, and orientation data while simultaneously acquiring pressure and altitude information, effectively mitigating the long-term drift issue of pure IMU systems. With both attitude detection and high-precision altitude holding capabilities, this 10DOF sensor is an ideal choice for full-scene spatial perception projects.
High Performance, High Accuracy, High Stability
The BMI323 in this sensor features a low-noise hardware architecture and on-chip temperature compensation, effectively reducing data deviations caused by environmental interference and ensuring measurement accuracy. Accelerometer bias: ±35 mg; gyroscope bias: ±1 °/s – low noise and stable. An integrated 2 KB FIFO buffer ensures continuous and stable data transmission at high sampling rates.
The BMM350 magnetometer employs Bosch's 3rd-generation TMR magnetoresistive technology, reducing noise to one-third of the previous generation, with magnetic field shock recovery <10 ms. After calibration, this magnetic sensor outputs stable orientation data. The integrated BMP581 high-precision barometric pressure sensor features pressure accuracy of ±0.06 hPa and altitude accuracy of ±0.5 m (typical), with stable data output and strong environmental adaptability, enabling accurate pressure detection and altitude conversion.
Built-in Hardware Motion Algorithms – No Extra Development
The integrated intelligent motion processor in this motion sensor can directly output detection results such as step counting, tap, tilt, free-fall, and activity recognition without consuming host controller resources. Hardware-accelerated attitude calculation helps quickly integrate common motion interaction capabilities.
Flexible Configuration, Controllable Power Consumption
The accelerometer and gyroscope ranges on this IMU module are configurable, with a maximum output data rate of 6400 Hz; the magnetometer supports up to 400 Hz sampling rate, accommodating different accuracy and response speed requirements. Multiple operating modes are available: Sleep, Low Power, Normal, and High Performance. The optimized power management design strikes an ideal balance between performance and battery life, making this attitude sensor suitable for various battery-powered devices.
Standard Interface, Plug-and-Play
Standard I²C and UART interfaces are provided on this sensor board, requiring no complex wiring or soldering – plug-and-play. This 10-axis IMU is widely compatible with mainstream development boards such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and ESP32. An accompanying GUI host computer software features a built-in multi-axis attitude fusion algorithm (software-level), allowing real-time viewing of acceleration, angular velocity, magnetic field strength, Euler angles, barometric pressure data, and a 3D attitude model without programming – zero development threshold, enabling quick product evaluation.
