I need a proper solution how can I replace or repair the fan? Where can I purchase? Is it better to replace full cooler set ?

Schultz.Langley I had the exact same issue (fan rattling and CPU hitting 100°C throttling). Since I couldn't find a replacement fan, I designed a 3D-printed bracket to mount a standard Noctua 92mm fan. It completely solved the overheating (drops load temps by ~40°C) and it's silent now.
