Hi, in fact, the Mu installer in GitHub contains the full library of python in Maqueen.
You really can test it. In fact, we can also run Maqueen in Mind+, but you need to confirm the power supply in the central of the Mauqeen.
Once the power supply loosed, it will cause the I2c protocol failure.
Please note it.
By the way, we are preparing the tutorial of Mauqeen to run python. Thank you for all your consideration and support.
Nana: The MU installer in GitHib with the full Maqueen Python library you refer to here appears to be Windows only. Is there no Mac version? I'd like my students to code in Python.

Hello,

I am trying to program maqueen in python using Mu on a raspberry pi.
I have copied the library posted in previous post on this thread.
The motors can be controlled from the REPL with the i2c.write command but when i try to use the library in a program I get an OS Error 19.
Also the NeoPixels do not work either from the REPL nor from a program.

Since you already have a library in python incorporated in Mu for windows and for mind+, can you please make this library available for download as source? For a minimum of effort you can just post it in the github along with the Mu for windows executable.

Thank you

If I am not mistaken, then there is an opportunity to work only with Windows, I do not know other possibilities.

For the first time, I became familiar with Phyton from a full stack developer from https://ithire.com/category/react-developers . TBH, before that, I have only heard twice of it. Until I needed some help from web developers to finish one of my projects. At this agency, I found a great React developer that helped me finish my project successfully. He worked on solid projects before that and has vast experience in the domain. When I was looking on their website, I couldn't notice that they chose only skilled and qualified guys.
