The Arduino Leonardo is a microcontroller board based on the ATmega32u4. It is the latest addition to the Arduino family. It has 20 digital input/output pins (of which 7 can be used as PWM outputs and 12 as analog inputs), has 32KB of flash and 2.5KB of RAM. A major difference is that the Leonardo can be used directly as an USB device.

There is a tutorial in Arduino.cc about it as a mouse to controls a computer's onscreen cursor with Joystick Shield Kit .All of hardware, code, and circuit have given you.You can have a try.
